A Letter from the Foundry
We are forming a generation, not selling a product.
The Foundry is a curated initiative where young creators learn to build with their hands and lead with their voice. Through mentorship in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and craft, our makers ship real work into real markets — under their own names, on their own terms.
The work you see here was made by teenagers. The studios are theirs. The names on the labels are theirs. We just keep the lights on.

Field Notes — Vol. III
"I didn't know making things could be a life. Now it's mine."

Why the Foundry exists.
Three convictions hold this house up. They shape every market, mentorship, and cohort we build.
01
Craft is a serious teacher.
Making something well teaches discipline, patience, and ownership in a way no syllabus can.
02
Capital should be early.
We teach financial literacy and equity — not as theory, but through real revenue our creators earn and keep.
03
Culture is the curriculum.
Young people don't need to be told they matter. They need a stage, a studio, and a circle that listens.

Mentorship & Partners
Held up by elders, makers, and a quiet circle of patrons.
Our mentors are working artists, founders, financial advisors, and community elders. Our patrons are chambers, foundations, local businesses, and people who believe young hands deserve real tools.
